All-round Mechanic

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As an All-round Mechanic at CAPPAC, you are responsible for reliable, well-functioning machinery for filling aluminium coffee capsules, which are then packaged in consumer packaging and over boxes. At CAPPAC you work with the latest machines and production technologies, our production lines are no more than 4 years old and are located in a clean environment.

Your duties as an All-round Mechanic include:
• Performing preventive maintenance and repair work on various filling and/or packaging lines;
• Checking the proper operation of all machines;
• Solving minor and major technical faults or product problems;
• Recording the work done;
• Facilitating start-up and/or production changeovers;
• Stock control of wear-sensitive spare parts.

In this position, you will work in 2 shifts. You will report to the Head of Technical Services and work together with your immediate colleagues and Operators.

YOUR PROFILE
• You are available full-time, 32 hours is negotiable;
• You have a technical educational background, MBO level 3 or 4;
• You have affinity with process engineering;
• You have at least 5 years’ work experience as a mechanic;
• Experience in the food industry is a plus;
• You are willing to work 2 shifts.
