WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
As Head of Technical Services within CAPPAC, your primary focus is to optimise the availability of the machinery through adequate maintenance systems. Furthermore, you are responsible for adequately solving malfunctions (or having them solved) and together with the team you ensure that the execution of maintenance activities and various CAPEX projects run smoothly. In this role, you will lead the Technical Services team consisting of 4 employees.

In addition, you will be responsible for:
– Conducting research and ensuring advice on technical optimisations, new and/or replacement equipment and machinery;
– Contributing to process optimisation and standardisation using an EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) system. In this, you will work closely with other disciplines in the operational team, such as Production, Product Development, Quality and Planning;
– Continuous improvement management within the Technical Department and managing change processes;
– Monitoring (developments in) legislation and regulations, MJA3 and compliance with health & safety, environmental and hygiene procedures and measures.

This is a day shift position. In this role, you will work closely with various disciplines within CAPPAC, such as the QESH manager and the Sustainability manager. You will report to the Operations manager.

YOUR PROFILE
– You are proactive, hands-on and result-oriented;
– You have good communication skills, are able to motivate people and work well with others;
– You are available full-time, 32 hours is negotiable;
– You have a hbo working and thinking level;
– You have completed an education in a technical direction;
– You have experience with TPM and CAPEX and OPEX projects;
– You have at least 5 years’ experience in a managerial position;
– Experience in the food industry is an advantage.
